• Employment Documents (Company Introduction letter, Employment/Confirmation Letter, Company/Work Identity card) - if the applicant is an Employee

• 6 months’ Salary Pay slips

• 6 months bank statement

• NIN ID Slip

• Birth Certificate

• Yellow Fever Card

• Marriage Certificate [if married]

• Business registration Documents and C.A.C Certificate - if the applicant is a business owner

• Two passport photographs taken against a white background;

• Company bank statement of the sponsor, if the applicant is being sponsored

• Reference Letter from the bank stating that you are a signatory to the account – if it’s a corporate account.

• Copy of Previous Visas
