These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to any bookings you make with us. Please read it carefully prior to making a deposit, RoversKlub LLC will not be held accountable for any oversight
Group Experiences
All experiences are not inclusive of flights except those marked as ‘‘All Inclusive’’. Our trips typically cover Visa, accommodation, activities, Travel Insurance, and airport transfers. Where applicable, Return flights and some meals will be covered and this is indicated on the flyer or social media pages where announcements are made.
The trip cost is on a shared room basis except otherwise stated which means you will be paired with another trip participant in a double room based on fit. Each traveler is properly vetted and matched. You will also have a chance to meet other traveler’s before the trip in a chat group to familiarize with one another. If you prefer to stay in your own room, please reach out to us and we can make that happen at an additional cost.
All trips are priced in USD although payments can be made in Naira using the current parallel market rate.
Payment Policy
Prices and availability quoted by the Company are based on the information available to the Company as at the time of quoting. Accordingly, such prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment is made in full. The Company is not responsible for any variation, errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements including prices quoted on its marketing materials and/or website.
All Payment must be made into the Company’s corporate account detailed in the invoice issued or through the website. We only receive payment through designated account number or payment link on the invoice or the payment gateway on our website. Other than the means stipulated for payment, the Company accepts no responsibilities for payment made to any third party on behalf of the Company without the Company’s express instruction.
You agree that failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. You voluntarily hold the Company harmless for cancellation of any booking on account of either late payment or declination of a credit card .
Please note that your payment does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Payments will be confirmed via email within one to two business days.
The cancellation fee policy will take effect once your reservation has been confirmed. Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due on the due date. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited.
Cancellations and Refund
Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. Please note that all hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time, therefore this limits refund options.
Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded. No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveller after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time before the trip departure, however please note you may lose part or all of your money paid.
Also note that initial deposit payments are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another trip of your choice. This payment goes directly towards the total trip cost, confirms your trip and guarantees your spot. This is subject to availability when request is made.
Transfer requests can only be made between 1-10 days after initial deposit afterwards, deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties according to our partners’ terms and conditions.
By making the booking, you hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by the Company and her partners.
if you wish to cancel your booking, you are required to contact our Customer support via email – hello@theroversklub.com immediately. You will be liable to
pay the following cancellation charges which may change from time to time:
Days before departure / Cancellation charges
45 Days or more 10% of the total sum paid
30 – 45 Days 50% of the total sum paid
16– 30 Days 60% of the total sum paid
0 – 15 Days. 100% of the total sum paid
In the event that the cancellation is because of a force majeure event, illness or death, you are required to provide documentary evidence to support that event. Upon receipt of your documentary evidence, we may make a special cancellation request from our suppliers and if evidence is accepted, a refund of 80% of the total fee paid. Note that we have the right to decline and charge their fees if we are not satisfied with the documents provided.
If a scheduled trip is cancelled by the company, a refund of the total sum paid is made. All approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Photographs/Videos
RoversKlub LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video.
We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the company, including but not limited to; brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact us of his/her intentions
