DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN FOR YOUR SERVICES?
No, we do not offer flexible payment for all our services. Services are to be paid for in full but you can choose flexible payment plan for group tours packages.
WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE FOR TOUR PACKAGES?
In order to host our group tours and protect all attendees, we have implemented to follow changes aimed to keep you safe and protected during your trip.
a. You need a COVID-19 Vaccine card or a negative Test Result (depending on the destination)
b. Masks are to be worn in all groups and Social distancing is strictly adhered
c. our tours are inclusive of comprehensive health insurance
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. Please note that all hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time, therefore this limits refund options. Any person who fails to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded. No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time before the trip departure. However please note you may lose part or all of your money paid.
Please note that initial deposit payments are non-refundable.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PAIRED OCCUPANCY?
Paired occupancy simply means that there will be 2 people in the room. You might be paired with another client going on the group tour but will have your own bed in the room to yourself. This occurrence is a very rare one as we make sure to have everyone in their own room to enjoy privacy.
DO I BOOK MY OWN FLIGHT OR IS IT PART OF THE PACKAGE?
Our TOUR Packages are all inclusive Except otherwise stated

Yes Please! What’s more fun than seeing the world with your friend. Please note that all spaces are first come first serve, so it’s encouraged that you book on time.

IF I AM NOT FROM/LIVING IN NIGERIA, CAN I GO FOR A TOUR WITH ROVERSKLUB?
Yes, our Packages are open to everyone worldwide. However, depending on the requirements of the destination country, we might require more information or extra fees.
